"The on call customer service people are very nice. However, nothing else was easy. Sales guy was prompt made a lot of promises, that later the installation guy said can’t be done (moving a downspout 4feet) then ghosted me. The crew showed up with no appointment multiple times. When I got home the gutters were put back up the exact same way, including my old broken gutters. I called CS they came back out moved 1 down spout then said nothing was on the blue print. I said why would I have a downspout flooding my foundation. Installers called their boss he said we needed a beam to move the downspout. Had a builder come and make it happen. The boss then can out said it won’t work then quit messaging me. Called CS again, he then came out with someone else and met my builder and myself to tell me that it’s not possible to put in an angle/ corner piece but he would talk to his boss. I did not hear anything so called CS again spoke with an even higher boss Matt. He was nice came out said it would be fixed. I had to deal with this situation for 2 months. No discount no partial refund nothing. On top of it all, they left lots of trash, huge nails and screws all over my yard. I am so unimpressed. They did finally fix it but it took 2 months and being ghosted and lied to and multiple calls to CS to finally get it done. You would think I would have gotten some money back but nope. I would not recommend them at all."

"I am only giving the 2nd star because the corporate customer service folks are courteous, friendly, and seemed to genuinely be concerned for my issues; however, that is where it stops. Do not expect to receive a warranty refund at the local level. After several service calls I finally said I wanted the system removed and work on getting at the very least a partial refund. It is supposed to have a 100% satisfaction warranty; however, I was told the leaf filter is doing exactly what it is supposed to do by not allowing debris to get into the gutters, but in my case one major flaw, shingle dust and mastic stick to the screen not allowing my gutters to function as designed at all. Instead, the water either hydroplanes off the gutter or finds the least point of resistance. Water finds a place to leak behind or at a joint. Either way, I am left with falling water right at the foot of my foundation. This is what gutters are truly designed to do, keep the water away from the foundation. This is a major issue, Now I am being told they cannot remove the leaf filter. Cannot or will not is the real question. When I showed the local manager the pictures below I asked if the leaf filter is working correctly why is there a ton of mud and build up in my gutter? His reply was his installer must not have cleaned the gutter out prior to install. Really?! That says plenty about the quality of work they are doing right there. Save yourself thousands of dollars and huge disappointment. Do not install the Leaf Filter system. I will continue to post the how much this system is trash. They won’t warranty their product! Wish I could add video. Absolute junk!!"

"The job at my home was done in a timely manner, installer arrived at time scheduled, worked steady all day till job was completed. Cleaned up well after the job was completed, invited me to check to see if work was done to my satisfaction! Asked if I had any questions or concerns! I was very pleased with the placement of Leaf Filters, just wish I had done it several years earlier!"

"Got leaf filter installed October, 2023. first guy out didn't complete the job. didn't align, fix down spouts, or even clean out my gutters. called them. Second guy came out and fixed one gutter, not any more. had our first big rain storm last night, jOctober 2023. water was pooring over my rain gutters.. I feel totally ripped off and would never ever recommend this product or company to anyone."

"They arrived several hours late, installation was poorly done and unfinished. They also left two screws on my driveway behind my car. The company now wants my credit card to "collect their money" prior to completing the job."
