"When went to pick up my shirt was not ready. I came on the day they were supposed to be ready after the designated time. While not being ready occasionally is understandable, they did not even apologize or make any effort to accommodate. They need to set realistic times, if you say 2 days then mean it. If it’s going to be 3 just say 3 so I don’t waste my time"

"Clothesline is my go to for any of my dry cleaning needs. They are always done in a timely manner with really good prices and good quality work. With the 24 hour kiosk in meridian, it’s very convenient to go get my clothes when I’m off work late. I trusted them to preserve my wedding dress and I am impressed with the quality of work they did to such a special piece I own. They took the time to ask questions and to make sure they knew exactly what they were working with to give the best quality service they can even asking about the hair comb in my wedding veil. It needed to be removed to prevent rusting over time and possibly damaging the dress. I am willing to drive all the way from caldwell to clothesline because they are that good."
