Classic Cuts Pet Grooming

"Used to love this place, but the last few times after my dog has gone there for grooming my dog has gotten sick. I wasn't going to write a review until I read that others have experienced the same thing. The last time my dog got so sick that we had to take him to the vet. This place has gotten extremely dirty!"

"0 ⭐️ I walked in to get my dog’s nails trimmed & they didn’t know I had entered the building, they were grooming a dog & talking horribly to the dog & getting angry & aggressive with it & cursing at it & that made me say nope I don’t care if they’re cheaper than other places my dog will never go here because of that & on top of the aggression towards the animal it smells horrible inside like a cat litter box but worse. Everything in there is so extremely dusty, all the lights hanging from up above are nasty. There are cats all over the counters & walking around & lots of dog’s everywhere just roaming free. Please don’t take your pets to this place. My mom has been taking her dog there for a while to get groomed & when I called to tell her everything that I had just experienced there she said she wondered about that place because the last time she went to take her dog there to get groomed her dog did not want to go. She had to physically pick her dog up to take her in. She said she will not be going back there ever again. This was at around 12:15-12:30pm on Tuesday Feb.6 2024 if you had your dog groomed there at that time on this day then I’m so sorry for your animal for having to go through that trauma."

"0 stars , I’m very disappointed with this place. I’ve never had a bad experience up until yesterday . When I got home I saw blood all over my white sweater . Come to find out my dogs paw is heavily bleeding . As I try to touch my second dog she’s shaking and yelping out in pain. I don’t know how this place operates. They left both of my babies traumatized . Will never return again. It’s sad to see you give trust in another person and they return the favor like this . Do not recommend, Update: my dog has been seriously ill since grooming please protect your pets"

"I brought my dog in for the first time to get groomed upon walking in I can hear a lady yelling at a dog in the back while it was crying out. I should have went with my instincts and left but I figured let’s do this cause my do is in desperate need of a grooming. When I got him back he is shivering and clinging to me when normally he happy and jumping around. When I got him to calm down I got a good look at him and his hair is completely uneven with random tufts of hair everywhere or his fur is down so close to the skin it’s almost nonexistent. At different points along his body I can see little marks where the clippers got him. The worst part is that something is now wrong with his ear to where he is constantly scratching it and shaking his head. I looked inside and the inside is red and swollen. I am definitely not coming back if this is how my dog is going to be returned to me."
