"On a Friday afternoon, right after I had shut down my Dell laptop, I spilled water on it. It would no longer respond to power button. The laptop is my office for my part time job. As you can imagine, I was very concerned. Took the laptop to One Network because they had done excellent work on my personal computer. Right away I had a feeling on confidence that they knew the steps to take. They opened up the work laptop and let it air dry over the weekend to see if it would power up on Monday. Did not work - the motherboard had been severly damaged. But they did not see any damage to the hard drive and recommended that I have the data transferred from the HD to a new computer. They had a new Dell laptop in stock so I decided to have them transfer the data. They said their goal was to make the new computer "look just like the old one at the point it quit working" and they delivered!!!! All the files and programs are there. No data has been lost. And the new laptop is like a Ferrari - with wonderful new features and very, very fast. The cost was very reasonable for both the new laptop and the data transfer. I had the new laptop by Tuesday. I am so grateful for how quickly they got my "office" back to being fully funtional at time when I am very busy at this job!! Haynes and Steve are wonderful to work with - very knowlegeable and very helpful. They took time to show me the features of the new laptop and said if I had any questions just call them. Which I have done. Very responsive, patient. I highly recommend One Network!!!!"

"My brand new laptop crashed when I tried to install a bad driver. Haynes asked me to bring it in and was able to get it restored. He is personable and answered all my questions easily, even taking time to look up other products. The showroom is classy, clean, and friendly as well.
