"I took my dog here today and the lady that did my dog she was very rude and not nice at all. She gave me a bad attitude and she wasn’t caring like she just wanted to give the dog a bath and just be done. She had no caring experience at all. I don’t know if she doesn’t like dogs or what she’s doing it, but she was very very rude and they are very expensive for their rudeness."
"I have taken my dog Marley there a couple times now and they do a great job! Marley is a shepherd mix so she sheds a lot and you can just tell they do an amazing job brushing her out . She feels like a new dog every time we take her there! They have always been super responsive over text and are very professional and polite!"
"At first I thought she'd done a good job, but looking closely I don't think she was shampooed she didn't smell clean, and all she did was trim around her feet and did her ears, about a week and a half later I called to get some help with her top knot and face, when we walked in Lily immediately pulled back and started to shake! She has never acted that way with our vet's groomer, even at the vet's office Lily goes right to the doctor and groomers! On the request of our vet Lily will not be coming back to this place."
"Emily does a great job with all of my animals. She has worked on my Schnauzer, giving him that cute classic cut. She has washed my Great Dane and I also have Emily groom my cat, who has long hair. She has shaved him down for me in the summer and trimmed his claws. I requested a lion tail for him and she did it! Emily is always professional, on time and friendly. Check her out! :)"
