"Hands down the worst management, that I have ever encountered in a customer service environment. While traveling for work, I Called & emailed to make a payment for my ups box via CC. Manager say she needs to send me a form to fill out via Email, her email was found in spam folder several days later, after I returned to the kuna area.. I go in to pay in person, only to be told, your box was closed yesterday and your mail in the box was returned to sender.. okay? My response No problem let’s reopen that box.. well according to the store, you can’t reopen the same box that you had until 10 days pass.. I need to confirm with UPS cooperate if this is true, because my UPS box in Houston TX was handled much different. Any way the small town hospitality of Kuna doesn’t carry over to the Kuna UPS store."
"It is 2 weeks before Christmas, so I expected a line. There was no line, and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted like I was an old friend. The employee expedited by Amazon return without any issues. So easy!"
