"Your order checker is broken. Ordered for 5 people. Missing sandwich. Had to drive back to the store and pick it up-20 minutes each way. My meal was obviously cold by the time I got back. You can't fix this kind of bad service. Check the orders people. Your lack of attention ruined what could have been a good experience."
"Usually I love this location, its super close to my house and the workers are super friendly, but this time around the food was just a little off. The fries are ALWAYS good so I will give them that, but I paid for a large frappe and it was not filled all the way which was sort of strange. and then the filet o fish was actually just atrocious. they tasted good it was just a little off putting. other than that, yummy."
"Please utilize your screen for what it's been put there for by McDonald's corporation so that I can see that my order is ready or that it's being prepared. Keeping this a secret creates ambiguity and angst amongst your guests who are waiting eagerly for their delivery or mobile pickup orders. I've noticed the screen was shut down with just the exact same order listed in the ready category for months now. This is not achieving what you think it is. Owners please fix it. Thanks"
