"Placed a mobile app order. Once I arrived at the restaurant, the door was locked. A staff member was sweeping the floor directly in front of me. I pulled on the door and knocked to get some guidance on my order. The staff member would not look up or address me. I then went through the drive thru and waited 35+ minutes to pick up my food. I had to request my food be remade as it was sitting for over 35 minutes. I spoke to the manager and was greeted by rudeness. She did not apologize for my issues and did not offer any type of resolution. She stated they were remaking my food but that was per my request not something she offered. They then didn’t have an item ready I ordered even though I waited for so long. Once I got home, the food was not fresh even though they claimed to have “remade it.” Very dissatisfied with the staff, wait time, and food freshness."
"I’m not one to make reviews, but I just had panda express last couple days and have been craving it and decided to go to the hometown in kuna. It was a quick trip, in and out, and the food taste so much better than the last couple spots! This manager has things rockin! Definitely worth swinging by for a quick, easy dinner!"
"This location was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The service was great. This is the first location where the serving sizes were way less then the other panda locations. My plate looked like it was missing a lot. Food was decent."
"My wife and I have been going to this location since it opened. We have been very happy with the service and the food. The staff is always friendly and pretty efficient. Wait times are not very long, they usually have the food ready to go. Sometimes you have to wait out front because they are out of something and are making a new batch. Overall we have been very happy with this place. We also like it because it is close to home and we do not need to drive into Meridian to get some food."
"The food has gone downhill over the past year. When I have ordered the past 3-4 times, the food looks like left-overs. Also, the portions are quite smaller. I have included a photo. For the price I paid for my last order, I expect better quality and at least a little more meat! The Brocolli Beef only had 5 very small, bite-size pieces and the Teriaki Chicken was only 3 small pieces. I assure you, after transferring the food onto a plate at home, no food had been eaten before the photos were taken. Chinsey portions!"
