"Dr. Harry Lomas was great. His whole staff and everyone I dealt with made me feel comfortable. When you have to go five days a week for several weeks, you don't want to feel like just a customer. They made me feel like friends and was nice to see them every morning. I will miss that part."
"I was referred here by my gp who also ordered an MRI for a mass on my leg. I found Dr. Matthews dismissive when he explained, after he reviewed the mri, that it was not what my gp suspected it was. While this was a relief to me, he acted as if I was wasting his valuable time. I didn’t request to see an oncologist, my gp referred me. I had to pry answers out if him. He could have called me and explained rather than having me come in if it was such an inconvenience. I can only guess Valor wanted to bill my insurance for his valuable 10 minutes. When I was diagnosed with another cancer a couple of years ago, I’m grateful my ob gyn referred me to an oncologist in Sacramento. Completely different and positive experience. No way would I ever go to Dr matthews if I were ill again."
