"Family mobile home residence that I saw go from a maintained park with a Rec Rm bldg, to residents allowed to keep lots trashy! No more Rec Rm. Limited irrigation water. It's gone to pot... literally."
"I love the zoo effect you get when you come into the park. All the cats you see walking around it's pretty awesome! I'm almost sure the cats own the place."
"Probably the worst Mobile home park I have ever seen very run down and quite frankly trashy. Also one of the largest groups of feral cats I have ever seen in one place. It actually smells because of all the cats also seems a lot if not most of the Mobile homes there are in serious need of repairs or replacement. Sorry for a bad review but this place needs a lot of work also the lots are tiny and crammed in like sardines."
"My father has had his trailer there for 33 years and it was a really nice place when he moved in, while it has been pretty well maintained the road into it leaves something to be desired however it's a pretty decent place to live."
