"When I moved in there was red hot sauce all over the kitchen the light bulbs were all broken the manager at the time was a dishonest no good for nothing she’s related to Raechel Lopez who at the time worked at idylwood manor I hope and pray Mrs Lopezes Cousin isn’t at Hillcrest if she is GET AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN SHES UP TO NO GOOD I BELIEVE IN THE BIBLE AND IF THE OWNER IS ALLOWING ALL THIS AND NOT DOING ANYTHING TO CORRECT IT THEY'LL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AS WELL BECAUSE ITS LIKE THERE SAYING ITS OK AND IT’S NOT"
"I moved into my HUD subsidized apartment less than 10 days ago. I am being denied the right to have my therapy/companion animal live with me and the owner and management staff are ignoring fair housing laws designed to protect elderly and disabled American citizens. I had to retain the services of an attorney to demand an accommodation. Meanwhile my five year old service animal has to sleep in my van off the property. He is I'll and very confused and it is causing me anxiety and making it very hard for me to remain civil. I understand the manager and her supervisor have a difficult job to perform but I think they both need anger management classes, a refresher course on communication skills, perhaps drug and alcohol counselling, but most of all they need to understand federal fair housing laws that we're designed to protect disabled American veterans like myself and my service animal Zeus. I feel that it is a crime the way I am being treated and the guilty parties, if proven guilty, should be punished severely. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. This is only my opinion and I am very disappointed with my experience to date here at Hillcrest Apartments in Ontario."
"The experience we had at these apartments was very poor the managers are very rude uses faul language and drugs all the way around not a very safe place for senor citizens to live....ppl goin up to doors asking for money cars parked around with ppl sitting inside of them.we had to break the lease that's how bad it was NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!"
