"Service at the pharmacy has gone downhill. My husband and I have pharmacy apps, so we know when our prescriptions should be ready for pick up, but when we get there, there is often at least one that isn't REALLY ready. Recently, my husband had an important Rx that we didn't hear about, so we waited a bit to hear from them. We didn't. We called and found out it was out of stock! It took almost a week after that to get it. He had to be two weeks without the Rx, which is not acceptable. The pharmacy seems short staffed now, and the staff that IS there seems overwhelmed. Several people we liked that were speedy, professional, knew us after years of service, are not there anymore. Management changed...could be the reason. Not a bad pharmacy, there is not usually a long wait, and we aren't changing, but there may be better choices for you."

"I’m giving one star because I’ve liked a few staff members over the years. However, most are terrible. I wouldn’t even mind the insane wait if people were kind. I’m understanding of things taking time and they are so busy I get it. But this staff is miserable. One treats you like you’re beneath her, like everything you say is annoying her. There is another who wears the thickest mask Ive ever seen and still refuses to speak up. I’ve never seen a customer not say “huh?” At least once. She gives zero cares. If you call you will be put on hold for at least 15 minutes if they ever come back to you. Then they sound annoyed that you stuck around if they do answer. They need more staff and need to train their staff in customer service. Jeremy is great, Sarah was awesome and there is another newish pharmacist that has been kind, and the older gal that’s been there for many years can be kind as well. Besides that it’s terrible. No urgency in anything that they do, no compassion, no respect. Read these reviews and fix the issues."

"I don’t like leaving bad reviews but, since I moved to this neighborhood and changed pharmacies, it has been one thing after another. It’s always an exceptionally long wait because they never fill it ahead of time. Sometimes they flatly ignore you until a line forms. Sometimes they claim the doctor didn’t call a med in. Sometimes the med isn’t available. On a more serious occasion they printed the wrong instructions on my medication label. I reported the label mishap to them and they didn’t blink. Not a big deal apparently. Going back to my old neighborhood save-on."
