"Always very busy and seemingly a little unorganized. Don't rely on the automated times given to pick up your prescription either. Make sure to call and double check the time it's actually ready. The time is never right on the automated system. I've had to wait or return later each time I didn't double check. Staff is very friendly and polite whenever I've dealt with them though. They just seem a little overwhelmed at times."
"The staff are usually rude and have zero care for customers. The first time i waited forever in line, paid with cash and they called and asked me to bring a receipt showing I paid, because money was missing, highly unprofessional! The second time waited forever in line, I'd gotten text alerts saying meds ready, they weren't and was basically called a liar by staff, told it was close to closing to get meds ready, to come back the next day! They finally filled them after I explained it's my ASTHMA medication and showed her the text alert. Third time I was overcharged and it was a huge hassle for them to fix it, the lady was sighing and very inconvenienced for having to correct her own mistake. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY, I'd rather chew off my own arm!"
