Tim Waltrip: Allstate Insurance

"Changed insurance and cancelled/deleted our information from easy pay,.Deleted all the information before closing the account and a month later, 2/21/24, were somehow charged $739. How did they charge it without authorization or the information to charge our account. Contacted them of course, had to provide proof of other insurance before getting our money back. Jumped through all the hoops. Almost a month later after being told several different things-the check is in the mail by Mr. Waltrip, we tried to send it easy pay but couldn't find the information-how did they find the information to charge it but not refund it? Now after not receiving the check he said was mailed, and not getting the easy pay we are again told to wait until next Wednesday and if we don't get our refund to contact them again."

I don’t know how many times I called after my daughter was in an accident to get help and NEVER received a phone call back. I had to take care of everything for my daughter to get her taken care of. All while I continue to pay Tim for my insurance. Thankful I was able to get an agent in Kansas City to assist me with the logistics.Cannot wait to change agents."
