"Excellent service and after service. Had troubles with my 2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 transmission. Bob's found the transfer case cracked in several spots. They even found the root cause, which was a bad U joint. They replaced everything in one day. Had some trouble the following day with the shifter cable clip. Bob's sent out a tow truck no charge. They replace the clip at no charge. I fully expected to need a new transmission. Fantastic service and have earned new customer for life! Thank you!"
