"They got me in right after opening, no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful enough. They had a dog which I enjoyed and their break room wasn't the worst place I've sat in. But.. I only asked them to change my oil and check out my break pads. Not a difficult task on an f650. They quoted me an hour over the phone the day before. THREE HOURS LATER they come out with the bill. They did the oil change, yes, but they changed the fuel filters (on a system that was installed literally 3 days earlier), and inspected/lubed my lift gate. There was mention of the breaks on their work order either. They were understanding and apologetic. The charges for the work I didn't ask for (and had no idea about) were removed. I left quite angry, but it was mostly because the extra time I spent sitting there made me late for certain time sensitive work obligations across town. Had it all taken an hour, like they said (I planned for an hour and a half), there would have been no problem."

"We have read your reviews and thank you for your feed back. We care about all of our customers and know truck down time costs money. We also care about the quality of your repairs. Some parts of a job we can not help, freight arrivals, parts availability, part warranty, and the window we have to complete your job. We understand tight schedules and we always try to meet our customers needs. Unfortunately only one side of the story is presented in the reviews posted. We have other reviews on other sites that are amazing. We want everyone to have a great repair experience, however it is not always a perfect process. We have taken opportunities to make many off this list right in whatever ways we could to make the customers happier - Some never voiced a complaint at all.
