"I was in need of a rim for a customer, called and they said they had one, only to get a call in that afternoon that the rim was not good and they couldn't sell it to me, they said they had a steel one instead. Asked my customer if that would work they said that was fine. I sent a driver 40 miles, one way, to there location just for them to realize that it was a 16" rim instead of a 18". Apparently they are not qualified to read a tape measure, or accurately describe parts. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Waste of my time, my customers, my drivers, and my staff's time. Completely blown away by their lack of intelligence. Just go ahead and shut your own head in a barn door, it will save you time and give you the same result."
