"I tried to drop a flat tire off, it was off the car mind you. I walk in and the first thing out of the guys mouth, while looking at his watch “we won’t get to it today, we close in a few minutes”. This was at 4:15. I proceed to tell him it’s off the car I can drop it off right now so they could have the tire all day the next day to fix it and I’ll pick it up the following day. I was told I could not leave it, but they open at 0900. I believe this dude just didn’t want to take the time to take down my information because he wanted out of there. If not, this is a terrible business plan. Most people work. The hours between 9 and 430 doesn’t allow those that have jobs to get there without taking time off. What is the harm in dropping off a loose rim and tire to have it fixed the next day??? I’ll go to discount tire. Or anywhere they care about working with people to get their business because it certainly isn’t the joint at 53rd N and Meridian."
