They work diligently to make sure I am pleased with my new furniture and have been very dependable when it comes to returning phone calls and keeping delivery times etc. Great furniture store and I will always shop there first when it's time to buy something new!"

"Followup on review. I received call from Walker's manager. Very productive. He stated that a meeting was held to discuss our issue and their staff is working hard to make sure contacts are made and and not dropped as in our case. The fact Walker's manager took time to call me about the issue, speaks well of their desire to fix things for their customers. Maybe a dual call, and text.................................................. Walker's let us down. We purchased a lift chair at their store. We were told the chair would be available for delivery mid February. We asked if we should call to check, we were told no we would be contacted when the chair arrived for delivery. No call at the end of February. Not wanting to wait any longer, we called to check on the status. We were surprised to learn they reported a call was made to us a few days after our purchase. I checked my phone and a call was made. I further checked my records and it was recorded that I did check my voice mail. No message was left. Why only one call. The call was sent with no name so I had no idea who called. Shame on Walker's, only one call in three weeks to complete our purchase. Sure dissatisfied with their service."

"My wife and I needed some new furnishings for our place, and we didn't want to spend too much money. Walker's had a great new couch at a very reasonable price. We decided to buy it, and it's been great to have. The delivery service was extremely easy and arrived exactly when they said they would. Walkers also offers a credit card that has 0% interest for 6 months, which can be a really nice financial tool. Highly reccommend."

"My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves to new couches and a dining room table! After shopping around and finding most places we went to the furniture was just poor quality! We decided to go to Walkers because we had heard such great things from everyone we talked to! I spoke with Zack and he told me to go out and see Steve Dawe and I am so completely happy we did!! We decided on the Italian leather sofas and literally got two for half the price of one we saw in Liberty Lake!!! Then we looked for a table and found the most beautiful live edge table, just the top of the table must have been over 150 pounds!! The quality of this furniture is absolutely amazing and the comfort is out of this world! We even got a warranty on everything and if we don’t use it over the 4 years we can get it refunded in store credit!!!! Steve was amazing to work with, his knowledge of the furniture was superb! I don’t usually praise salespeople but Steve is the guy to see and Walkers is definitely the place to go!!"
