"I would recommend this therapy! This was a gift to me for my birthday in November, my friends thought that I would enjoy it since I have a Retreat space that focuses on Detox and Ayurveda. I did not have a chance to go these past few months...but I just injured my knee and am doing everything I can to heal it quickly. I could tell the difference in the mobility of my knee from before I went in the cryo machine to afterwards when I I went to put my pants back on. "My husband and I both wanted to try an infared sauna for a variety of health and wellness reasons. Coeur Cryo honored our Groupon deal, which enabled us to enjoy the sauna together. The office and sauna are a clean and welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Using the infrared sauna did prove beneficial. With my chemical sensitivities, I prefer less fragrant linens. We will enjoy returning for the remainder of our sessions!"
"I was a little nervous the first time I did the whole body Cryo, but everyone there is so nice and helpful, and actually made it fun. They even researched my medical condition and advised what times and temperature would work best for me. She gave me samples of CBD cream to see if it helped with my headaches. She would sit and chat with me during my treatment about just whatever random thing came up. It was nice. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional."
"I've been a client of Coeur Cryo for almost a year while I deal with chronic Lyme. Susan (owner) is amazing. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. I do the Bemer matt for circulation, and alternate medical-grade infra-red sauna and full body cryo therapy treatments. It has helped tremendously with the multi-joint inflammatory arthritis and chronic fatigue. I've heard rheumatoid arthritis suffers have been able to go off their meds alternating between infra-red sauna and cryo therapy. I believe it, based on how it's helped with me deal with the same symptoms, just a different cause. Worth every penny to restore my quality of life!"
