"I called before I came in. The call was missed but Ken returned the call right away which was nice. He was able to get me in right away. A nice lady name Katy did my nails. Very kind and she does a great job. She can do nails! The salon was very nice. I liked the colors soft gray and white decor very classy. Everything seemed to be updated looked new. They used tools I’ve never seen at other salons like hand held blow dryers to clear the dust. Seemed fancy. Just a great first time experience. I would return again. Thank you."

"I had a nail appointment with Katie and a lady was sitting in my seat and Ken told her she had a Pedicure first. She was very rude and said that I was late for my appointment when I was there at exactly 11 o’clock and she said, but I was here first. She refused to get up from Katie‘s station. Finally, Katie refused to do her nails and told her to go sit on the pedicure chair. Ken and Katie were very nice to me and rescued me from this lady. I give Ken’s Nails five stars. Bob Crossman and I are long time customers. They always treat us well and do a good job And Lee is amazing. She does my pedicures and she’s fantastic."

"This isn't the first time my appointment was double booked! Katie who does my nails is excellent & I like her to do both Pedi & Mani. Today oh No someone else is booked with Katie & my Pedi is scheduled with another new gal that I didn't schedule appointment with at all.. Be sure you clarify your time & who you won't to do your nails, repeat your time or your screwed. The owner Ken has no compassion for his over booking and the extra length of time you wait for service. 25 mins later! If Katie had not already started my Mani,I would have WALKED!"
