"Very courteous customer service oriented employees. Most of the product are of very high standards, but they do get a bad one every now and then. Well worth the $120 per year for the membership."

"Great deals on many items. Cheap gas as a real blessing. Really enjoy purchasing gifts and groceries are very affordable. This is probably the best example of everything you need under one roof."

"I recently visited the Costco in Coeur d'Alene and was impressed. The selection of products here stood out as particularly remarkable, surpassing what I've seen at my local stores. The variety is excellent, catering to a wide range of needs and preferences. What enhanced my shopping experience even further was the excellent customer service. Our card was acting kind of weird, and the man at the self check out was super attentive and spent several minutes trying to help us out. He was generally super friendly as well. The overall atmosphere of the store was welcoming, with a well-maintained and organized layout that made shopping easy and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the store was also notable, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment. Additionally, the gas line up was not crazy which is a nice surprise."

"The best Costco in the world? Possibly. Great staff, I’ve seen the same folks working here for 14+ months! Low employee turnover is always a good sign. The employees here go above and beyond to help customers, I once came in looking for a product that wasn’t on the shelf and they had 3 people working over 20 minutes just to get a new palette out on the floor so I could purchase the item, even after I told them it was fine and not to worry about it. Great team!"

"One of my favorite places to shop!! Best to come here later (say, after 5pm, Monday-Thursday) if you want to find decent parking and less crowds. Great bulk buys. Snacks, kitchen staples (flour, sugar, rice, etc.), frozen meals and desserts, pastries, fruits/veggies (fresh and frozen), meat (fresh/frozen), etc. As well as some jewelry, office supplies, batteries, some furniture, kitchen equipment, etc. Around Christmas (October and November) they have great toys and holiday treats. Don't wait too long, because by mid-December the toys will disappear. Membership is required to shop. $60 a year for regular membership. $120 a year for executive membership. We buy enough that the benefits of the executive membership more than pays for itself. Plus, Costco is well-known for treating their employees well! It feels good to get great deals and know you're supporting a great company."
