"I had a very passive aggressive interaction with whoever was running the front counter on 8/28/23. No instructions were given nor any paperwork signed when I picked it up about how much gas to bring it back with (I picked up from Idaho St location). Guy was not friendly, treated me like an idiot. They didn't charge me for the gas, though. Poor customer service skills over a simple misunderstanding."

"Made advance reservations and drove across town to pick up 50 traffic cones at the scheduled time on Friday, May 12th at 3 p.m. Our event was for the following morning. The shop didn't have them. The guys said they double booked them, or something to that effect, as the cones had left earlier that day with another customer. They offered a solution of me driving across town to the different shops and piece-meal what I could. I canceled the order and probably won't put ourselves in a situation where we need to depend on them again."
"I went to the Broadway location to rent a chainsaw to handle a downed tree. It was very reasonably priced, I was able to reserve it same day, and they even let me borrow an extension cord. The man who helped me was very sweet, showed me how to use the item, and carried it to my car. Would definitely go back for my next equipment rental."
