"Not sure what the things other drivers were talking about. Office staff very friendly even joked around have plenty of room on the round about to untarp your load without being in traffics way you can park overnight two trucks in front of me and still was only there for an hour and a half. I will always deliver to these guys."

"If there was an option for zero stars, I would’ve picked it.the Boise location is horrible! Brett, their mixing room guy is lazy, he refuses to have any type of customer service for stucco guys and is a total liar!! Their managers don’t do anything about it. Their pricing is 30% more than anywhere in town. My company is a half a mile from them and it’s cheaper for me to drive to Nampa 14 miles away for all our Materials, L&W likes their customers. Go to Sage Supply or L & W Never go to Pacific!!!!!"

"Inbound delivery driver. I don't leave poor reviews lightly. This is my second time delivering here and it's the same as last time. They have minimal respect for a driver's time. They make you go through a song and dance to get paperwork signed and they make you back out on the street and untarp and unstrap with vehicles driving all around instead of allowing you in the gate where it's safer and there is PLENTY of room. In my experience, the way they treat their inbound drivers is the way they treat their customers. I would love to update my review the next time I come back here. Otherwise, the staff was civil."

"Before giving this company your money PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW.: The negative experience I had with their delivery men was compounded by getting nothing but excuses and run around from the receptionist when both my husband and I called to speak to a manager. Today, I was scared to death with what sounded like multiple men slamming doors entering my house, followed by crashing and slamming on my roof. I went outside to find men putting shingles on the roof. Our management company was not given notice and the men didn’t even ring the doorbell to let us know they were on our property!! I told them that I hadn’t been notified and that they really scared me. All I got back was “ we were going to let you know that we were here, but we hate bothering people.” No apology, not even a hint of concern over the distress they caused. So apparently they knew that ringing our doorbell would be the right thing to do, but they just unapologetically didn’t care to do it. My husband called and requested to speak to the dispatcher in charge of deliveries and the receptionist became the “gatekeeper” refusing to let him speak with anyone else. When he explained what had happened she had a plethora of excuses including. 1) They have no protocol in place requiring their delivery drivers to notify the resident. 2) the delivery men are just trying to unload as many trucks as possible each day and so are in a hurry. Got it…. All they care about are the numbers and they have NO concern for the residents. So, I became upset and called to talk to the manager and I also was refused by the receptionist. I told her I needed to speak with one today, and was informed that was impossible, at which point I got upset and called B.S. on that. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE! When customers call upset, excuses and the run around are NOT how a company, that cares about its customers, deals with a complaint. A sincere apology goes along way to diffusing a situation, but nothing close was ever given. I was scared so badly I was in tears and the response angered me. More than how badly I was scared, I am more upset by the company’s response and blatant lack of concern. This may seem a trivial thing for some, until it is their wife, child, or elderly parents home alone and terrified to the point of calling the police, or having a cardiac event."

"Just had a run in with these guys today. I wasn't the one who hired them, but they blocked me from leaving my apartment for an hour while working on another apartment near ours. I asked them to move and they said they would not move their vehicle until the job was done. I needed to get to work an was over half an hour late and got chewed out by my commander. Based on my experience, their employees are extremely rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate individuals. If there had been an emergency I would not have been able to get out of the apartment parking lot due to them refusing to move."
