"I was on Builders First Source website looking for a product. I noticed they had a chat option so I tried to use the chat. The person that replied said call the store I can't help you, REALLY? So I called the store, told them what I was looking for and they transfered me to a voice mail box. Nice job idiots, I guess you don't want to make any money."

"One of their delivery trucks was speeding in our neighborhood at about 03:30 pm today, October 29, 2022, near Highlands Elementary School when small children were crossing streets and walking home. After driving past the school he continued to speed down Bogus Basin Road with no regard for the speed limit. Please don't do business with this company. Their drivers are poorly trained."
