"A 20 min pedi is not what anyone wants. They used to be 45-60 min. No massage and they are just wanting as many pedis they can squeeze in an hour. I get pedis every month but I will never go back because I’m not willing to pay $50 for gel toes with no massage and didn’t even have time to relax. You really need to reconsider how much time you put into your customers."

"Been going here since about 2021. I rated it 4/5 stars over ONE condition otherwise it would easily be 5 stars. The workers are nice, kind, and are very talented. What I DO NOT like is you guys not letting me know about a possible up charge. I planned on paying $35 for a refill today and if the dip powder was an extra $10 I would have just got gel polish instead… and it would have looked the same… to me that is scamming. I just need everyone who sees this to be aware and ALWAYS ASK!!!!!"
