"I called Rosauers to see if they can fill helium in some balloons I bought from Amazon, before I bought the balloons and was told by an employee that it was possible. When I went in to fill the balloons, just 2 small mylar balloons and was told I wasn't able too. I was prepared to pay cash for the helium. I was redirected to A&B and was told the same thing there by their staff. Albertsons not only gladly filled my balloons, but assured me they can fill the helium ballons for me and had amazing customer service. I had planned to buy my sons birthday cake from Rosauers but because I was misled and misinformed I also purchased the cake from Albertsons."

"I have only ever used Apple Pay in the store. As long as they have had the tap to pay option, it is all I have ever used. I have never used my physical card. Ever. Tonight at checkout it would not accept my payment as valid. A rather rude cashier told me “yeaaaa, you can keep trying, but it won’t work.” Okay, well it always has. It’s super inconvenient to have that option available only for it to not work all of a sudden. & for your employee to argue with me and suggest it never has? That’s problematic."
