"There was an elderly lady in front of me who was still not finished when the cashier waved me over. I patiently waited as she was still putting stuff in her purse away. She apologized to me but I explained it wasn't a big deal nor was I in a rush. The cashier seemed to be in a hurried state just trying to get the next sale done. Maybe this business is suppose to resemble an upscale place, but lewiston ID is that area. Treat people like people not just a number"
"We shop here often and love it. Everyone here is always nice and more than willing to help! Jessica has gotten her hair done here at the salon a number of times and has always had a great experience. We get all of our cosmetics and scents here."
"Staff greeted me, and made suggestions to brands, was not very helpful in leading me to the products they suggested. I wandered around the store trying to find what I needed, and left not purchasing anything, while all the workers stood behind the front counter talking to each other. There were no other customers in the business. I've been to other Ultas and received great service, and help. These staff need a little more training on customer service skills."
