"My husband & I always loved B&B Works. It’s the only place we bought Cologne, Lotion, Shower Gel, etc.. However, Christmas 2022, my Husband bought me a gift card, and I tried ordering online. What a nightmare that has been. B&B Works and FEDEX say my packages were delivered January 18th, and I still have not seen them Whenever I have tried contacting B&B Works, there’s no Representative available. When I finally got one, they told me it was the U.K. Both B&B Works and FEDEX told me to look in the bushes and anywhere else outside. I looked outside and don’t have any bushes or trees. Why do I have to look outside in bushes for my order I paid for? So, I never received my packages. So, my Husband’s Christmas Gift was ruined and NO ONE seemed concerned or was helpful whatsoever. "Mariah is an absolute sweetheart and a bombshell beauty too!! I LOVE this store I have a passion for fragrance and a good deal!! The staff have been super patient with me as I am PICKY and if I get something home and don't like it it is going back to the store their return policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! I mean who hasn't lost their sense of smell in this store?? These girls are awesome! If your reading this thanks for putting up with me and my returns!"
