"I really hate to be negative, but I’m in tears with my hair. I had virgin hair; after showing my reference picture to the stylist, she said she could do it. She was nice, but I don’t know how she let me leave looking like this. I attached the reference photo I used and a photo of how my hair looks one day after. I asked for a little pink on the ends in addition to the reference photo. I’m just so upset, this looks like I tried to dye it myself.."

"I wish I could go back and never have stepped foot into this salon. My stylists did everything SHE wanted to do with my hair and nothing I had asked for. I went in for a fix on my layers , telling her I wanted to keep the length. What did she do? She gave me a bob hair cut which I specifically did NOT want. I also have an undercut that I specifically told her I wanted kept at 3/4” and what did she do? She shaved it down to the bare minimum. I paid her 50$ and a tip just to turn around and cry endlessly in my car. Unless you want a horrific hair story, I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere."
