"I went in last night to exchange a faulty foundation that would not pump correctly. I buy two at a time so I can save time. The salesperson had to ask her manager if that was ok. The manager reviewed my account reviewing my purchases and said that because the foundation was purchased over the 60 day policy that she would not exchange it. I was not wanting a return - I wanted to only exchange for one that worked. There wasn't even an I'm sorry, or we can do it for you this time. Just a flat out no. The manager (she wore big glasses) could clearly see that I shop a lot at Sephora and that the foundation was not even used. Also, the store was busy with lots of people behind me - listening to her telling me no. You could tell that the other customers were also put off by this "policy". I've worked in customer service for along time and know that policies are meant to be broken now and then. You want to make sure your customer comes back. Based off my experience I will not be shopping at the Sephora in Meridian! !"
"Staff is over bearing, I couldn't even look at anything or make any decisions because i was asked every 2 minutes if I needed anything. Maybe they were just trying to rush me out of the store"
"If the staff is in a good mood, your experience is going to be great. They'll be super friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to help. If one staff member is in a bad mood they are ALL in a mood, good luck getting any help at all at that point. Have no idea why your experience can so wildly differ. If they can get this handled they'd be a 5 star store."
