"We came in 12/30 @around 130pm. We saw a great pair of shoes and wanted to try them on, but they didn't have the correct size out. We then tried to find someone who worked there. There was only ONE employee on the floor and he was running the cash register. We literally waited a half hour for any sort of help and finally just left. The whole time we were there, he was the only person there."

"Staff was friendly and helpful to my disabled mother, but unfortunately, they do not carry sizes larger than a 10 that my mother needs. The clerk ordered some to be delivered, but he unfortunately ordered the wrong ones. Return was readily excepted, but the wait and inconvenience was annoying and disappointing. Mom really wanted the dog print shoes but cats were delivered instead."
"Normally I avoid outlet stores for shoes. I feel kind of lost and not really interested in pulling my box from the Jenga stacks . Today I stopped in Sketchers and got the best service from salesperson, Danae. I was so happy with her attentiveness I bought 2 pairs. She asked what I was going to use the shoes for. Asked if I had special needs (I'm 75 yrs old), what color I was looking for, and size. Next thing I know she has 2 pairs of shoes that fit my needs. After I put them on she remarked that I could go down a 1/2 size. She was right. I bought both pair. I was just email I have value points that go away at the end of the month. I plan on returning to spend the points as long as it is so simple to get new shoes."
