"My husband and I were the only customers in the store. We were not greated when we walked in. Neither of the two employees came to ask if we needed help. They didn't acknowledge us in the slightest. When my husband went to the counter to ask about a shoe size the lady was very short and unfriendly."

"I attempted to place an order online for some shoes for my kids. I opted into the SMS messaging and received a $10 coupon. I attempted to use this coupon on multiple shoes and it wouldn’t work. I tried calling customer service and they told me I couldn’t use it on on basically all of the popular brands of shoes. That’s totally fine if you want to have a very restrictive policy with that coupon, however I was never given “terms and conditions”, received, or read Andy thing that excluded 90% of the brands from the coupon. I was asked to text a number with a code and all I received was a welcome and here is $10 off. This is very misleading and false advertising. I understand it’s only $10, however it is the principle of a company being integral, transparent, and forthcoming with their website and coupons. Very disappointed."
