"I like the Boise Id, State Street store the best! I am fortunate to have visited more than a handful of these stores, each time its a melancholy (store experience). My wife for years has favorited another Family Dollar, until our visit to this store yesterday. She is excited to make this our GoTo Familt Dollar. Walking in I had not planned to take any photos but the store looked so nice. The entire store has been stocked, faced, etc.. The shopping space was relaxing and inviting to look through the store at will. I was asked twice if "I was doing alright? - if I needed any help finding anything?" Good stuff! The manager was personable and sharp; helped my wife and I out. She works hard. The entire staff work hard!"

"I went in to buy a birthday card today and the cashiers were both counting the money in one register. They had a second register but it wasn't open. Three customers were waiting to pay and the two employees had no sense of urgency or respect for their customer's time. This was around 1pm so it wasn't even close to closing time. Having a register open during all business hours seems like a basic need for any business. The entire place is dirty and very cluttered. This store is very close to my house but I will pass it by on my way to other stores who keep at least one register open at all times."

"The store was pretty bear and it was cold in side the store the employees are even having to wear 2 coats they have a small space heater for the cashier when there checking people out really unpleasant to do shopping with as cold as it was in there and today wasn't the first time I have seen this not likely to return unless they decide to turn the heat up the employees said that it is corporates decision to not have the heat turned up. And during the summer it was around 95."

"Great customer service (especially clerk named V. who goes beyond to help). Well stocked store with great prices. Not just a dollar store as they have clothing, gardening, housewares, curtains, towels, vitamins, and well-stocked cosmetic and health shelves. Couldn't believe all the groceries they had - and all at great prices"
