"They kicked me and 10ish customers out because we didn't order ahead on the app. Like is it that bad that we just walked in. The people there were also very hostile and rude. I get that they're busy, but come on, so am I. I don't have time to wander around downtown."
"I had such a WONDERFUL AND EASY interaction with this location. I was very nervous because this order was very important to me. I needed 30 sandwiches. At other locations I was told I MUST USE CATERING on subway website. That option wouldn't allow for me to pick up. I didn't want a delivery. I had used delivery before and they were 2 hrs. late. That put the food at the office to late for them to eat as they had patients to see. I went in person to this location. I.spoke with Shawn & Christ Ann. They had me write my order as I wanted it I picked it up today. EVERYTHING WAS JUST AS I ORDERED . On time And AS ORDERED. Thank you to everyone at this location I appreciate your kindness (as I have a vocal disability. ) they said they had no problem understanding me or my order. Thank you again."
"Ordered a Twelve inch sub got an 8 inch sub. If that wasn’t enough. THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. BEEN TRYING FOR A HALF HOUR. GUESS ITS JIMMY JOHNS FROM NOW ON."
"November 30th 2020 @ 4:15pm. I wanted to leave a review and shoutout the gentleman that was working today. When I entered the store there was a customer that was being quite rude to the workers. The gentleman working replied very professionally despite the customers rude remarks. I was quite taken back by the customers words but the way the employee handled things was too notch. When I was deciding what to order the gentleman working was very helpful and offered menu options and was kind enough to answer all of my questions. The sandwich was good too!"
