"I was an hour late to my appointment. (Obviously my fault. I live a hour away and a combination of flat tires on my car, no gas in my husband’s car, and living an hour away culminated into the perfect storm.) I also have very little phone service on the way there. I definitely could have done some things differently, but when I arrived I encountered a staff member not willing to entertain solutions or work with me at all. I called back later to express my disappointment in the lack of customer service and she continued to double down on how I should have called and if I don’t plan on being a customer in the future, why would she try and help me? It’s disappointing when a privately owned business has worse customer service than Petsmart."
