"Service was excellent, room was very clean, and the staff were always ready for any type of assistance. Upon check out, I talked with Mr. Dre, he was very polite and super quick with a Good Morning Sir. I was even greeted by another staff member in the parking lot! Only gave 4 stars on the location, due to driving a 18 wheeler and had traffic issues, other than that I would give Drury 100 stars!!! Thank you and all staff at Poplar Bluff for a great stay"
"Very nice rooms. They offer free breakfast, an evening meal with three free drinks which was very welcomed. Overall a great place to stay if you are passing through or spending a few days in Poplar Bluff."
"We love this hotel. Had to stay for 2 weeks last year due to house fire.. staff went above and beyond. They were great. Back this year just to chill and let kids enjoy the pool and just unwind outside of the house... absolutely perfect. My daughter has several food allergies and they even made her a special diet plan while here. WITHOUT US ASKING. Truly amazing people. A+++"
"It was one of the absolute best hotels I have ever stayed in. The facility, as well as the rooms, were exceptionally clean. The service was amazing, but the very best part of this wonderful hotel is..... free (big) breakfast and dinner, and (3) free complimentary drinks (wine or mixed) every evening!!! My family will most definitely stay here again if there is ever a need to be in Poplar Bluff, MO."
"Beautiful classy hotel that has kept it's classy touch with beautiful hallway wall paper carpet and lights.. the rooms have a classy warm feeling that was a constant in hotels in the 80s ... No chemical laundry or room smells. No cleaning product smells. No musty no orders at all just clean classy rooms with a lovely classic warmth. Keep it up folks don't change a thing here.. I hate all these sterile new hotels that feel super cheap and on trend but lack that high quality wall finishes and carpet and lights and furniture. This place feels like home most don't."
