"Went there because my daughter got a $30 gift card to use with her fishtank. We asked for assistance with the fish, worker was sitting down, acted like it was an inconvenience she had to help. My 6 year old asked what fish was safe to go with her glo fish, pointing to certain ones she had her eye on, worker was rude, would not reguard her, only me, saying no. When she asked what could go with her fish since she said no to all the ones she had pointed to, worker replied not any of those in a rude tone. Acted like helping us was an impossible job. We had my dog, as he had just got groomed at PetSmart and she pushed past him almost stepping on him, was annoyed she had to do her job and made it VERY apparent. Went to PetSmart for a sucker fish, they helped me more than Petco, they were very polite, excellent service, very informative, great selection, better care for the fish, and they were happy to help. Go to PetSmart, Petco was extremely disappointing in poplar bluff."

"This is such a clean, well stocked store. They staff have always been very friendly and Knowledgeable. I went in for a litter box and some brown shrimp and was happy to find out they carry both freeze dried and frozen! They also had adoptable kitties there this time. Oh boy was it hard to walk out without one of those sweet babies!"
