"I walked into this store excited to purchase high quality USA made wool products as I have in the past. I left with a sour customer experience and empty handed. The sales ladies complimented the Pendleton coat I was wearing, until I mentioned I bought it at Costco. What a mistake that was! Both sales women lectured me on the low quality materials of my "overseas" Pendleton "wool blend" coat. They went on and on about how low end my choice in outerwear is, not made in America... licensing agreements with Costco...blah...blah..blah. Another lady came in asking about fleece blankets and they laid into her with the same abrasive lecture. I've bought Pendleton products for years and am well aware of the wide range of quality and materials that carry the Pendleton label. I personally own high quality beautiful wool blankets made in the USA AND apparently unacceptable Pendleton outerwear from Costco. I don't need the lecture and judgement from store clerks. These people need training in creating a welcoming customer experience. I made a conscious decision to walk out without a purchase after being treated so poorly."

"Maddie is a super star! Got me a bag I couldn't find anywhere else! Pendleton got my bag out and on time during large storms when I ordered and called this store all the way from Oregon. 210$ Danner boots lost in the wind while ordering at the same time period. I recommend shopping through Maddie and sticking with Pendleton over other brands.."

"I went to this store on 8/10 and had a great experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the staff were very attentive to anything we needed. Nechelle who rung us up was extremely nice and gave us recommendations for local places to visit while in town."

"I adore the socks! The light compression socks are wonderful! So much so i had to get some for my husband and get another pair for myself! They are not hot, not binding, but keep your presently warm and keep my arthritic feet from swelling. I do follow care instructions and wash on delicate and do not dry in dryer!"

"If you assume that any associate will greet you when you enter the store, forget it. If you assume any associate will aknowledge your presence, forget it. If you assume anyone will ask you if you need assistance, forget it. If you walk the length of the store and leave & expect anyone to say anything to you, forget it. We've been into this store several times over the last three years and have left without buying a single thing due to employee rudeness. Tried again today and was so annoyed we just walked right out when both people working looked our way and then ignored us. I don't expect anyone to fawn all over us but at the very least not purposely & actively ignore us. Will buy online from Pendleton and never go there again."
