No rush or sales push, and every spec of available products were fully explained, as well as what to expect from installation. Travis and Theron did the install, and were on time, professional throughout the whole 8+ hours of work, and went above and beyond expectations to make sure everything was in working order and surprised us with a nice solution to covering up the a/c line set and pump outflow. "Had a new furnace, AC, and water heater installed with Western. Worked with Sam (Sales/Comfort Consultant) and David and Brody did the install. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Install day started on time and David and Brody were respectful, professional, efficient, clean, and their work looks great (and functions great too!)!
