Serviceman Jake came to the rescue replaced my hose and did a thorough job of explaining all my equipment and attachments. He tested all my hoses, wall connections and suction pressure at each wall outlet. Jake exhibited the epitome of great customer service: Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Friendly."
