Jimmy John's

"Sadly their food has gone down hill. Jimmy John's used to be a stapple food when we had a long work day and needed a fulfilling fast food. Today, they barely put anything on their sandwiches. Meat portions are almost nothing for a $8-10 sandwhich. Very sad day."

"I ordered a blt, large drink, and chips and was charged for it all. The guy at the drive through intercom verified my order back to me correctly so I get to the window and pay and was only handed a sandwich. I ask for my drink and was told I never ordered one so I had to pay for another large drink. Checked my bank account and I was charged for a large drink twice, chips I never received, and the sandwich. Super sad because I had to overpay and didn’t receive half my order :("

"I have always been pleased with Jimmy John's , but tonight was an exception. The food was great, as always, but the service was unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the delivery driver was unapologetic and didn't attempt to correct the situation. I live in apartment complex, so I understand it can get confusing. They delivered to the wrong address, and when I received the picture message of my delivery, it was a different location, so I texted back that it was incorrect. The driver proceeded to repeat back to me most of my directions via text, but didn't get them right. As if it was my fault. Let me be clear that, in addition to my address that lists my apartment number, I also give detailed instructions as to the location within my complex. The delivery person never responded back, so I had to go throughout my complex to find the delivery. They delivered to the wrong apartment number at the wrong side of the building. Again, the delivery person did nothing to rectify the situation. I called the office to complain, which I hate to do, and they advised me they'd speak with the driver to prevent future issues, then I realized that they never took any of my info, so likely the driver will not be corrected. I always tip 20%+ in advance. I will not be ordering from this store again."

"After a bad experience at the local Albertsons, my wife and I went into the Jimmy Johns store. We were instantly accompanied by a taller man that asked what we wanted to eat. He was very nice and kind and made our sandwiches for us. We were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the place. We will be visiting more often!"

"I am a local and go in about once every other Sunday. I have been going to this location for about a year (Great uplifting environment). Every time I go in Jaden is there to help me out and make my sandwich. He is fast, efficient and makes my sandwich right every time. Give that man a raise."
