"LAZY MANAGEMENT!!! The only grocery in the valley whose Google listing showed them open on Christmas, and their ad on their website listed dates through 12/25. I was in desperate need so I drove from Boise all the way out to Star only to find they're closed. One tiny notice in the corner of a window, behind a sign. Seriously, it's NOT hard to update your hours on Google. Thanks for making me waste a trip."

"I love Ridleys. I could never give a zero star review for this wonderful grocery store. BUT, That mean old woman in the bakery has got to go before she ruins your entire stores reputation. I wanted to order 6 dozen donuts for a party on Saturday and she told me flat out no. Just no, she didn't try to understand what I wanted, she didn't do anything, she just walked off after saying no. I finished my shopping today at Ridleys. Unfortunately I will never darken your door again. Albertsons was happy to take my order, and yes, they upsold me quite a bit. I dont know if you've heard the deal about a happy customer telling 3 people but an unhappy tells 10. I have alot more than 10 friends. Signed An average everyday customer"

"The bakery has changed! Can't explain anything to that "cake decorator" if that's what she is! Rude bitter old woman is what she is. Informed me what my cake was going to be. The cakes are out dated, dry, and old style of design. Would not recommend anyone go to your bakery. A little effort and customer appreciation would go a long way."
