"My mom and I were in Nampa for the first time this weekend. We went to breakfast here all 4 days we were there. I’m a breakfast server myself and was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere, food and not only the employees interaction with the customers but the interactions between themselves. All of the servers are absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive and friendly. The food and specialty mimosas are delicious as well. We had a wonderful experience each day we were there and were sad to leave to go home because of this restaurant. We will definitely be returning here when we are in Nampa again. I cannot recommend this place enough!!"

"First time coming to The Griddle, and it didn't disappoint. Great warm feeling coming in. The staff were super nice and attentive. The pancakes were fluffy and thick. Butter and syrup make my breakfast awesome. Cheese and scrambled eggs with crispy bacon were also ordered and tasted amazing. I ll be back for sure."
"Bright restaurant with cooked from scratch meals. We had the crab Benedict (I get scrambled egg instead of poached) and chicken fried steak, both were really good. The kids had a pancake. Service was prompt and pleasant. We recommend going."
