"The refried beans look like they travelled across the desert yesterday meaning they were so dry they were cracking like the desert clay. The rest of the food not great either. Go to Qdoba it's cheaper and far better tasting. Taco times will soon be out of business, more expensive then a sit down restaurant with the quality being below Taco Bell. Yuk never again!"
"You guys are trying to charge me .25 for ranch! Your food has already gotten expensive enough. Not paying for ranch. I used to eat almost once a week for years at Taco Time. Shame on your company for making us pay for a side of your ranch. Need to put my foot down at some point. Tons of other places I can get Mexican that's better and cheaper and not charging for sauce. Lost a lifetime customer today. I left and cancelled my order and went somewhere else today for lunch."

"I ordered a pork (carnita) burrito, smothered with sauce, and it was very small. For $7.99! It was good but give me a break! You can get just as good Americanized Tex/Mex food, and cheaper, at Del Taco."
"Terrible tacos. NOT authentic Mexican. Just wrong! Flour tortillas should be on request only. Tacos should ALWAYS be made with corn. When I requested corn, they took longer and came out greasy and horrible. I prefer Del Taco. They know how to do authentic fish tacos. Recommend copying them."
