"Ordered an ultimate bacon burger with EXTRA BACON a couple minutes ago for delivery. Can you guess how much bacon was on it? None! Ordered a cheeseburger and wanted it with no condiments except for ketchup and mustard, not only did I recieve every condiment, but a really weirdly excessive amount of them. But hey, they gave us 23 POUCHES OF RANCH, so maybe thats their way of saying sorry (instead of giving me all of my money back). They've all gotta be high out of their minds there, 100% without a doubt in my mind."
"Terrible customer service. Pick another location out of the many in Ada county besides this one. Whatever older male worked at 9pm tonight and answered the phone, has terrible customer service. I Put in a pickup order, and apparently someone random came to pick it up without showing proof of who they were and he told me “there’s nothing he could do about my order.” Awful experience. Won’t go again."
"Best Jack in the box in town in my humble opinion! Fries were fresh which is important at Jack in the box cuz you know reheated fries don't taste very good. I was bummed they got rid of the cheddar wedges, but the mini tacos fill that niche quite nicely. If I could, I'd give it a 4.5 only because the inside isn't that inviting."
"While ordering, albeit quickly, the person taking our order snaps and says, “I’m not a robot.” Continued to speak to us this way. After one order, we let them know we have an additional, separate order for a total of four people and he sighs and angrily says, “Why does nobody ask?” We drove off. Sucks that an employee isn’t able to leave their feelings at the door so the establishment could get business. Maybe try customer service training. Whoever it was, we were there around 6:10-14 PM. We will not be returning."
"I arrived in Boise fairly late in the evening, the only options that were available were McDonald’s and this Jack-in-the-Box location. I haven’t had Jack-in-the-Box for years, so I decided to try it. It met my expectations for a quick fast food meal, and the drive-thru staff were very accommodating and friendly. This is a good option for a late night bite."
