Del Taco

"I've been a regular patron of this establishment for about once a month, drawn back primarily by the consistently satisfactory food and service. However, my recent visit left much to be desired, primarily due to the dismal atmosphere. While seated in the dining area, I couldn't help but notice the incessant ringing of timers left on the equipment. The sound persisted for an excruciating 2-3 minutes each time, the employees seem to just ignore it. It was incredibly loud and made the overall experience pretty bad."

"Love the food but they suppose to b open at 7am and this location is hardly EVER open even at 8-830am. Like their hiding so they don’t have to do their job!!! Also the new staff (young little boys) suck. They don’t respect customers. Makes it an uncomfortable environment. If they hate their job that much they need to quit or be fired. It’s literally just a hang out place for them. I tried asking for missing food and I got ignored (they kept eyeballin me) until I got frustrated an had to yell excuse me. This location needs to really go back to the way it use to be cuz this place sucks now"

"I have been going to this location for over 5 years, they usually are all very happy and nice but this new General Manager seems very rude. I saw him get in a yelling match with a customer and another time he made one of his employees Cry. The old General Managers always seemed happy to help their staff and customers vs whatever he’s doing. Won’t go back till better management. Do better del taco"

"This is easily the most impressive fast food restaurant in the Boise metropolitan area! I deliver for several services and when I'm placed a personal order it was done in less than 2 minutes! Food was great. Amazing staff! Really impressed. Best deal in Boise, Idaho!"

"UPDATE: I hate to edit my reviews, especially when I had given them 5 stars, unfortunately I have to. So I've been to this locations a few more times now and honestly I am VERY disappointed in how the food and service seem to take a huge nose dive from where it use to be. The ladies that gave me exceptional service and well made food I have not seen since. The cashiers I've now dealt with are younger boys that were VERY unprofessional and acted like they hated their job and having to take my order. It made me very uncomfortable. One boy even stopped from taking my order and came around the counter and grabbed a baggie that had pills in it. I couldn't even believe it. I almost just left and not order anything. Now the food hasn't been quite as good but not enough to make me not come back but the service, well honestly I don't think I'll be back. If you want somewhere to eat for dinner or a quick bite I would choose somewhere else. Very disappointed. Original Review: Ok so I normally will not post a review of a fast food place unless I'm pretty impressed by their food, service, cleanliness etc. Well I have been here on several occasions at different times of day and EVERY time the food has not only been served nice and warm but been deliciously made as well. their staff here are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with, which in a fast food place can be VERY rare. I've never had to wait long for my food. The staff here seem to care about having their customers leave happy. I've ordered the beer battered fish tacos A couple times at this location and they were made fresh which you could definitely tell by the taste. Honestly some of the best fish tacos I've ever had. They also have a really neat little salsa bar here which I've never seen before in a Del Taco as well as a playground for the kiddos. The bathroom was also very clean, another rarity for fast food joints. This time I ordered the deluxe chili cheese fries with extra ingredients and they made them perfectly! If you want to go to a nice Del Taco then this location definitely fits the bill!!"
