"Waited 12 minutes before being seated with very few people in there and no one waiting. Ordered the plater which was not good at all I had made the waitress aware that this was not good ave she looked at me and said everyone has their own opinion did not say sorry or anything just rude. I asked for a manager who was not in so she wrote a fake number and handed it to me then walked away. Absolutely baffled. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant."
"Horrible service! No one waiting and still 5 minutes for the hostess to acknowledge us, who was standing right there. Get to a table and sat for 10 minutes without any waitstaff coming to us to ask what we want to drink, no chips and salsa brought to us at all. After 10 minutes we left and went to Chapala. Got seated right away. Got chips and salsa right away and got drinks right away. Goes to show who has better sevice. Thanks Chapala!!!"

"We went to dinner tonight and we were excited as the last time we went it was good. This time it was super hot inside, staff was nice but seemed like didn’t know the menu and didn’t write anything down so had questions after order. Margarita house was awful. Server was nice about it and took them off bill- however if you do go here just get a beer margaritas gross. Glad I drank it thou…. Bill came and for a nicer margarita was $17 holy smokes not worth it. Food was like 5/10 nothing to brag about for the bill being $100 for 3 meals. Not worth it. Save your money go somewhere else."
"Great authentic Mexican food. Always consistent and good. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Salsa is amazing! Margaritas are cold and delicious! Great happy hour. The two chicken burritos were the best!"
