Pho 7 & DingTea Nampa

"Honestly it wasn't as good as I expected. I'm not saying it's bad. I don't remember what my dish was called, It had chicken and noodles and vegetables. That was pretty amazing in itself with the exception, At first I actually thought I had broken a tooth. There was something, that only a person that has broken a tooth would know, Crunching between my teeth. After checking on my teeth to make sure they were intact, I realized it was something in my food. It was not a one time thing. This was an almost every bite. The dish itself was delicious. The appetizers were okay. There were not many to choose from. The crab rangoons. These were exceptional. The PHO noodle soup. That was extremely strange to me. It was oddly sweet and tasted almost like it had nutmeg in it. Which in and of itself is not a problem, Some people use that for a nutty flavor. It was just an obvious spice. I am not saying that it was absolutely nutmeg, just tasted like it. Our server was friendly."

"Let me start off with I understand the service industry can be tough. But I had the worst experience at this location today with not so nice staff, especially Liz. Rolling her eyes consistently in my face the entire time I would ask for something. And the portions? Make zero sense. I ordered a REGULAR size which is a medium & these are all of the noodles that includes?"

"Had nearly three bites of noodles in both small and medium bowl. She first mistakenly gave me a small instead of medium, which I told her was fine so she didn't have to go through any inconvenience. We kindly told the server about our bowl of broth lacking noodles and she said that they've been hearing complaints on small amount of noodles pretty often and offered us more noodles. They ended up charging us for it without letting us know it would be extra or change the receipt they gave to us before the extra noodles. When we asked them about it, the manager told us there was nothing they could do about it. It was $15 a bowl for broth and a few bites of noodles. The petty manager made sure to yell across the restaurant, "have a nice day!!!" to unhappy customers as we left. Rude and overpriced, no wonder they're understaffed. I hardly ever complain but honestly I wouldn't recommend this place."

"I love Vietnamese food. First time trying Pho a little disappointed not very tasty kind of plain. Cha Gio was good but small. A little on the expensive side for a bowl of soup. The waitress seemed very shy and we had to keep calling her over."

"It was hard deciding between a 3 and 4 star there’s a lot going on with our visit so I had to think about it for a day so the place seem clean. There were 3 workers serving, and I saw a couple gentleman come out that must’ve been the cooks. Our waitress said she was brand new, and she did come to our table right away and ask our drinks, and then another seasoned young waitress came over and took our order and was very nice. My Hub got the beef fried and I got pork With rice noodles. Apparently served COLD. It wasn’t very good. It was for sure not like the photo. She did offer to heat it and did. It had very little veggies. About 2 teaspoons. The egg rolls appetizer were pretty good. They do have a hundred drink options but that’s not why we came. Anyway sweet waitress. Not that thrilled with the food but they seem to be popular. Maybe it was an off day and I might try again."
