"If you say you open at 7:00am you should be ready before 7:00am. We sat outside at the menu, no response, we pulled up to the window was totally ignored. Your employees just want to work on their own time I guess. Won't be back"
"The food is always good. The lobby is always empty when I dine in. I like the self order tablets. However Everytime I dine in the manager is yelling at the staff to the point I'm worried he's going to turn on me.... the staff look so stressed that you'd think their was a curtain rod built into their uniforms...."
"They just threw my food in the bag spilling it all over the bottom and the food was unable to eat, went through a second time and they made my chalupa with a few tiny pieces of chicken and the rest was lettuce. Terrible place to get food"
"The cashier Ramon R was very rude, unprofessional, and very bad at his job. I ordered a #2 regular and hot sauce. I had to correct what he put on the screen twice because he add soup for some reason. I then pull up to the pay window and ask if he could review my order. And big surprise it was wrong. He then got mad at me for ordering wrong. I asked for his name and he said he didn't have to give it to me. I found his name on my receipt. Terrible service. And from the hundreds of other 1 star reviews I'm sure this bad service is given to everyone Ramon helps. His boss should really reconsider his employment at this location."
"When we got to the store 4 employees were all outside vaping and looked pretty irritated that they had to go back inside. I ordered a 5 dollar cravings box. The burrito was a horribly made bean burrito with more hot sauce then beans when it was supposed to be a beefy 5 layer. The cinnimon twists had no cinnimon on them and my chulupa had almost no meat. Was very disappointing. And all the tables were dirty."
